What You'll Be Doing As part of our Industrial division, you'll be responsible for managing client accounts while sourcing quality candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Managing the full recruitment process from taking job briefs through to successful placements. - Recruiting for a range of Industrial and Logistics roles, including Warehouse Operatives, Forklift Drivers, Production Operatives, Van Drivers, Administrators and Team Leaders. - Developing relationships with new and existing clients. - Advertising vacancies and proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, social media and networking. - Interviewing, registering and matching candidates to suitable opportunities. - Coordinating temporary workforce bookings and maintaining regular contact with clients and workers. - Negotiating rates, offers and terms. - Ensuring compliance with recruitment legislation and Right to Work requirements.
