Vice President, Treasury Management

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP, Treasury Management to lead and grow our treasury solutions portfolio for commercial and community banking clients. This role develops strategy, manages a team, and drives revenue through cash management, payment, and liquidity solutions. The VP partners closely with commercial bankers to tailor products, optimize client working capital, and deepen relationships. Responsibilities include product oversight, pricing, risk and compliance alignment, client implementations, and continuous process improvement while modeling our community-focused, relationship-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and growth of treasury management and cash management solutions for commercial and community banking clients.

• Partner with commercial bankers to design tailored treasury solutions that optimize client liquidity and working capital.

• Oversee treasury products, pricing, and profitability while ensuring alignment with risk, compliance, and regulatory standards.

• Manage and develop a high-performing treasury management team focused on sales, implementation, and client service.

• Drive new business development and portfolio expansion through targeted calling, cross-sell, and market strategies.

• Oversee client onboarding and implementation, ensuring accurate setup, training, and a high-quality client experience.

• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine product features and maintain a competitive suite of services.

• Collaborate with operations, IT, and product partners to enhance treasury processes, systems, and digital capabilities.

• Report on portfolio performance, pipeline, and key metrics to senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning.

• Promote the bank's relationship-driven and community-focused culture through client engagement and local involvement.
