Vice President, Treasury Management

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a VP, Treasury Management to lead and grow treasury services for commercial and community banking clients. This role designs and executes cash management strategies, drives fee income, and deepens client relationships through tailored liquidity, payments, and receivables solutions. The VP partners with relationship managers to win new business, leads product positioning and implementation, manages risk and compliance, and analyzes client portfolios for optimization. The role mentors team members, collaborates across lines of business, and champions our relationship-driven, community-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and growth of treasury management products and services for commercial and community banking clients.

• Design and implement client cash management, liquidity, payments, and receivables solutions.

• Partner with relationship managers to acquire new business and deepen existing relationships.

• Analyze client portfolios to optimize pricing, structure, and product usage.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, risk standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee implementation and onboarding for treasury products, ensuring a strong client experience.

• Collaborate with credit, operations, and technology teams to enhance treasury capabilities.

• Track and report on treasury revenue, pipeline, and performance metrics.

• Mentor and develop treasury management and relationship banking team members.
