Vice President, Treasury Management

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Treasury Management to lead and grow treasury services for commercial and community banking clients. This role will drive strategy for cash management, payments, and liquidity solutions while partnering with relationship managers to deepen client relationships. The VP will develop product offerings, manage risk and compliance, and lead client onboarding. You'll mentor a collaborative team, support community-focused initiatives, and contribute to revenue growth through consultative, relationship-driven treasury solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and growth of treasury management products and services for commercial clients

• Partner with relationship managers to design tailored cash management and payment solutions

• Oversee implementation, onboarding, and service for treasury clients

• Manage risk, controls, and regulatory compliance for treasury products

• Analyze client cash flows and recommend liquidity and payment strategies

• Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to enhance offerings

• Drive revenue growth through consultative, relationship-based sales

• Mentor and develop treasury management team members

• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform strategy
