Vice President, Treasury Management

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Treasury Management to lead and grow treasury services for commercial and community banking clients. This role designs and delivers cash management, liquidity, and payment solutions, partners with relationship managers to deepen client relationships, and drives product adoption and revenue growth. The VP will lead client consultations, oversee implementations, manage risk and pricing, and ensure regulatory and operational compliance while mentoring team members. The role is highly collaborative, client-facing, and community focused, supporting local business success.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and growth of treasury management products and services for commercial and community banking clients.

• Partner with relationship managers to identify client needs and deliver tailored cash management and liquidity solutions.

• Oversee implementation and onboarding of treasury services, ensuring accurate setup and strong client experience.

• Manage pricing, profitability, and risk for treasury products in alignment with bank policies and regulations.

• Collaborate with operations, IT, and compliance to optimize processes and maintain regulatory compliance.

• Develop and present client proposals, analyses, and product recommendations to executive and client stakeholders.

• Monitor portfolio performance, cross-sell opportunities, and market trends to drive product enhancement and revenue growth.

• Mentor and develop treasury management team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.

• Represent the bank in community and industry events to strengthen relationships and brand presence.

• Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance relationship-driven banking and support local business clients.
