Vice President, Commercial Banking

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of commercial and community banking clients

• Originate, structure, and negotiate commercial credit facilities

• Analyze financial statements and assess credit risk

• Ensure adherence to bank policies, credit standards, and regulations

• Collaborate with wealth, treasury, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions

• Drive new business development and cross-sell banking services
