Sr Worldwide GTM Specialist

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr Worldwide GTM Specialist to build and execute global go-to-market strategies for key AWS services. In this role, you will analyze customer needs, market trends, and adoption data to design GTM motions, plays, and campaigns that accelerate revenue and usage. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, partner, and product teams worldwide to launch initiatives, create field enablement assets, and define KPIs. You will own experimentation and optimization of programs, present insights to senior leadership, and help shape how customers adopt AWS at scale in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and own worldwide go-to-market strategies for priority AWS services and solutions.

• Analyze customer usage, pipeline, and market data to identify growth opportunities and GTM plays.

• Develop and launch global programs, campaigns, and sales motions aligned with field and partner teams.

• Create sales enablement content, messaging, and tools to support account teams and partners.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales leadership to define priorities and success metrics.

• Run experiments, A/B tests, and optimization cycles to improve program effectiveness.

• Report performance, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders across regions.

• Support new service and feature launches with GTM plans and positioning.

• Drive standardization of best practices across geographies and segments.

• Ensure GTM activities align with AWS's customer-obsessed, data-driven culture and long-term goals.
