• Committed to supporting the development and success of its people What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister:

• Conducting property valuations and winning new instructions

• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and potential clients

• Negotiating sales and progressing transactions through to completion

• Generating new business and identifying opportunities to grow market share

• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors

• Supporting colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the branch What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a residential estate agent

• Strong valuation and listing experience

• A proven track record of winning instructions and achieving sales targets

• Excellent negotiation and sales skills

• High levels of customer service and communication skills

• A confident, articulate and professional approach

• Local property market knowledge would be beneficial
