Senior Commercial Construction Claims Adjuster

Gallagher Bassett seeks a Senior Commercial Construction Claims Adjuster to manage complex construction-related claims for commercial clients. You will investigate losses, analyze coverage and liability, and drive strategic resolution from first notice through settlement. Partnering with experts, counsel, and internal teams, you'll negotiate fair outcomes, control loss costs, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance. Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate complex commercial construction claims from first notice through resolution

• Analyze coverage, liability, and damages in line with policy terms and applicable regulations

• Develop and execute strategic claim resolution plans to control loss and expense

• Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders

• Collaborate with experts, adjusters, and legal counsel to support claim outcomes

• Prepare clear, timely reports and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

• Provide exceptional client service and communicate claim status proactively

• Identify trends and opportunities to improve risk management and claim processes
