Principal Strategic Partnerships Manager - Automotive Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic partnership strategy to support Honda's U.

• S. manufacturing and mobility goals

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate high-impact alliances across automotive, powersports, and mobility ecosystems

• Develop business cases, financial models, and performance KPIs for new and existing partnerships

• Collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, sales, and marketing teams to operationalize partnership initiatives

• Manage executive-level partner relationships and drive joint roadmaps and governance

• Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies to inform partnership pipeline

• Drive cross-functional alignment, communication, and decision-making on partnership priorities

• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, risk standards, and contractual obligations

• Report partnership performance, ROI, and strategic insights to senior leadership
