Door to Door Sales Representative

Optimum is seeking a Door to Door Sales Representative to promote our high-speed internet, TV, mobile, and voice services to residential customers. In this field-based role, you will prospect door to door, present bundled telecommunications solutions, and close new accounts while meeting or exceeding sales targets. You'll explain product features, pricing, and promotions, handle objections, and complete accurate order entry. You will represent Optimum's customer-focused culture, support local community growth, and collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a smooth installation and onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new residential customers through door to door outreach

• Present Optimum internet, TV, mobile, and voice products and bundles

• Explain features, pricing, and promotions clearly and accurately

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and performance targets

• Handle customer questions and objections and close sales effectively

• Complete accurate order entry and required sales documentation

• Coordinate with installation and support teams for smooth customer onboarding

• Maintain product knowledge of Optimum and competitor offerings

• Represent Optimum's brand, values, and customer-focused culture in the community
