AI & Emerging Tech Specialist

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an AI & Emerging Tech Specialist to help customers design and implement innovative solutions on AWS. You will identify high-impact AI and emerging technology use cases, shape architectures, and guide teams from prototype to production. Partnering with product, data, and engineering stakeholders, you'll build scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions, create reusable patterns and demos, and enable customers through workshops and technical guidance in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI and emerging technology solutions on AWS for enterprise customers

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI and emerging tech use cases with business and technical stakeholders

• Develop reference architectures, prototypes, and demos for generative AI and ML workloads

• Guide customers from proof-of-concept to secure, scalable, production-ready solutions

• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to integrate AI services into applications

• Implement MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and observability for AI and data workloads

• Ensure architectures meet security, compliance, performance, and cost-optimization best practices

• Lead technical workshops, enablement sessions, and documentation for customers and partners

• Stay current with AWS services and emerging technologies to inform solution design

• Contribute feedback to AWS service teams based on real-world customer needs and patterns Required Skills
