    Service Owner - Digital Workplace & AI Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our central government client, who is seeking a Service Owner for an initial 12-month assignment with the option to extend. Location: London Hybrid The ideal candidate will possess an active security clearance and a proven background in Service Owner Management, complemented by the following valuable skills and experiences: - Significant experience as a Service Owner or Deputy Service Owner in cloud transformation programs. - A deep understanding of the GDS Service Standard, with a proven track record of successfully guiding services through the Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases. - Expertise in owning, developing, or enhancing digital workplace, collaboration, productivity, end-user computing, knowledge management, or AI-enabled services, contributing to innovative solutions. - Demonstrated strength in leading multidisciplinary teams across product management, user-centered design (UCD), architecture, business analysis, suppliers, and service management, fostering a collaborative environment. - Proficiency in developing or contributing to business cases, with a focus on cost modelling, benefits realization, service transition, and workforce planning, driving organizational success. - Strong capabilities in governance, assurance, and risk management, with experience in supporting service boards, executive reporting, and facilitating senior stakeholder decision-making. - A practical understanding of ITIL 4 and its application in agile service delivery environments. - Experience working in Tier 2/3 secure environments, particularly within the Government or defence, is highly desirable.     PAM Specialist Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our central government client, who is seeking a PAM Specialist for an initial 6-month assignment with the option to extend. Location: Culham, Oxfordshire Hybrid The ideal candidate will possess an active security clearance and have a strong background in Privileged Access Management (PAM). The following skills and experiences are essential for this role: - Proven hands-on experience in the implementation and management of PAM toolkits. - Proficiency in the configuration and management of Privileged Remote Access - A comprehensive understanding of credential vaulting, password rotation, and check-in/check-out workflows - Experience in configuring privileged session recording and monitoring systems - Knowledge of service account discovery and lifecycle management processes - Familiarity with onboarding Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and network devices to PAM platforms - An understanding of Active Directory privileged account management practices - Experience in integrating Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems for PAM event logging and alerting - Familiarity with recognised security frameworks, including ISO 27001 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) - Strong troubleshooting skills for addressing connector and session issues - Proficient documentation skills for technical configurations and development of runbooks - Experience in secure environments, particularly within the public sector or defence, is highly advantageous.     Senior Cloud Architect - Azure & Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our central government client, who is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect for an initial 12-month assignment with the option to extend. Location: London Hybrid The ideal candidate will possess an active security clearance and have a strong background in Senior Cloud Architecture, with the following skills and experiences: - Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions on Azure & Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Experience leading Cloud security architecture for large-scale cloud hosting (specifically Azure and GCP) in high-threat government Tier 2/3 secure environments. - Experience in defining cloud strategies, architecture standards, and governance policies. - Ability to lead the automation of infrastructure deployment and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools. - Deep understanding of cloud networking, identity, security, resilience, and platform engineering. - Proven ability to lead technical design initiatives across multiple domains, including Data, Digital, Security, and other technical areas. - Google Professional Cloud Architect certification is highly desirable.
