You'll be the friendly face that welcomes visitors while providing essential support across office administration, travel coordination, stock management, facilities and operational activities. This is a varied position where you'll work with teams across the business, helping to ensure everything runs efficiently and contributing to a positive, professional working environment. What you'll be doing You'll provide a warm and professional reception service, coordinate travel and accommodation for colleagues, support day-to-day office operations, manage office supplies and stock, assist with purchasing and supplier administration, and help maintain facilities and health & safety processes. You'll also provide administrative support to a range of departments and ensure key business information is kept accurate and up to date. What we're looking for We're looking for someone with previous experience in an office administration or reception role who enjoys being organised and taking ownership of a varied workload. You'll be confident using Microsoft Office, have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise effectively. We're looking for engineers with at least a year of commercial software development experience who are keen to continue developing their skills in a collaborative, high-performing environment. About You You'll have commercial experience developing software in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, C#, Python or C++, together with some experience of a language that uses unmanaged memory. Experience in either high-performance computing (HPC) or financial services technology is essential, and if you've worked in both, that's even better.
