Requirements: What We're Looking For: - 3+ years of B2B sales, account management, or strategic sales experience, preferably within telecommunications, fiber, technology, or managed services. - Proven track record of growing revenue and managing customer relationships. - Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. - Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned markets as needed. Preferred Qualifications - Experience selling fiber-optic, Ethernet, VoIP, SD-WAN, cloud, or managed technology solutions. - Familiarity with enterprise, municipal, healthcare, education, or multi-site commercial customers. - Knowledge of fiber technologies including GPON, XGS-PON, and enterprise connectivity solutions. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
