Up to £100,000 + package DOE South West, Bristol

We're currently working with an established and growing planning consultancy who are looking to appoint an experienced Design Director to join their Urban Design South West team in Bristol.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a proven Design Director with a strong background in land promotion and strategic development. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the design function, developing client relationships and helping to grow the team as the business continues to expand.

We're specifically looking for someone who is currently operating at Director level and can demonstrate a strong portfolio of successful work. Experience needs to extend beyond small-scale residential schemes. We're looking for candidates who understand large-scale land promotion and strategic development.

The ideal candidate Currently working at Design Director level or equivalent alongside a town planning team.

Proven experience delivering substantial development projects.

An excellent portfolio demonstrating a high standard of design and delivery.

A demonstrable track record of winning work and developing client relationships.

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to lead, mentor and grow a team.
