I'm delighted to be partnering with a leading national organisation to recruit an Employee Relations Specialist to join its growing HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, collaborative environment where you'll gain exposure to complex ER casework, organisational change projects and Employment Tribunal activity, all while working fully remotely. The Role As an Employee Relations Specialist, you'll be a trusted advisor to managers across the UK and Republic of Ireland, providing practical, legally compliant guidance on a broad range of employee relations issues. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and wellbeing matters. - Providing expert advice to managers on complex employee relations issues. - Supporting Employment Tribunal activity, including early conciliation, case preparation and documentation. - Assisting with organisational change projects, including restructures, redundancy, redeployment and TUPE. - Working closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders across multiple business functions. - Reviewing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation. - Analysing employee relations trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and risk reduction. About You We're looking for someone who brings: - Previous experience in an Employee Relations Specialist or HR role managing complex casework. - Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, with exposure to Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland legislation being advantageous. - Confidence influencing and advising managers at all levels. - Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills. - The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A CIPD qualification (or working towards one), mediation training, or Employment Tribunal experience would be advantageous but are not essential.     Marketing Communication Specialist (Entry-Level) Location: Paisley - Remote (UK-based) Job Type: Full-Time, 12-Month Contract Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (37.5 hours/week) Pay Rate: 13.20/hour ( 25,740 per annum equivalent) About the Role We are looking for an energetic, entry-level Marketing Communication Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will help design regional marketing campaigns, support event management, and develop real-world experience working with an industry leader. This is a 100% remote position , and all necessary equipment (laptop and accessories) will be provided. Key Responsibilities - Content & Design: Assist in creating marketing materials such as emails, brochures, flyers, and landing pages. - Social Media & Analytics: Create and schedule social media posts while tracking email metrics to help optimize future campaigns. - Event & Logistics Support: Support project management for internal and external events, update interactive tools used at conferences, and assist with booth designs and shipping logistics. - Administration: Maintain marketing literature inventory, manage logistics, and handle data entry. What We Are Looking For - Communication: Fluent English (both written and spoken) with solid interpersonal skills. - Tech & Software Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Basic knowledge of HTML/web tools and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, etc.) is highly preferred. - Organization: Highly organized with great attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Nice-to-Haves: Previous marketing experience or a basic understanding of biology/life sciences is a plus, but a willingness to learn is most important!
