What will the Treasury Manager role involve?

• Leading cash and liquidity management to ensure optimal cash flow and forecasting accuracy, aligning with the company s strategic objectives

• Managing banking relationships and credit facilities, including negotiations and compliance with loan agreements, to support ongoing operational needs

• Analysing cash flow variances and preparing detailed reports to inform senior management decisions

• Driving improvements in treasury processes and systems, fostering automation, and enhancing financial controls to support business growth

Suitable Candidate for the Treasury Manager vacancy:

• Proven experience in treasury management, ideally within retail or during significant corporate changes such as mergers or refinancing

• Professional qualifications such as ACT, AMCT, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on cash flow forecasting, variance analysis, and covenant reporting

• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and experience working with financial institutions or parent companies

• Technically proficient with treasury systems, with a passion for automation and process improvement
