Location: Coventry Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 + Uncapped Commission Job Type: Full-time Permanent

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Previous recruitment sales and business development experience is essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys winning new business, building long-term client relationships, and delivering results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing client accounts.

• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement.

• Source, interview, and place candidates into temporary and permanent roles.

• Advertise vacancies, build talent pipelines, and ensure compliance.

• Achieve sales and recruitment targets while delivering excellent customer service.

• Participate in the out-of-hours/on-call rota.

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in sales and business development.

• Confident generating new business and managing client relationships.

• Target-driven, organised, and self-motivated.

• Strong communication and IT skills.

• Full UK driving licence essential (own vehicle desirable).
