Our payroll staff work flexibly from home, and hours can be varied to suit the individual as long as business needs are met. Skills and experience: - You will be working on many payrolls of varying sizes and would ideally have experience with Iris Payroll Professional software - You will be dealing with end-to-end payroll including: Setting up new starters/leavers, Dealing with Attachment of Earnings orders, Dealing with all types of statutory pay and leave, Dealing with all types of pension including Auto Enrolment and Salary Sacrifice, Importing/exporting csv files, Assessment of small employer status/apprenticeship levy status, Year end process including year end director reconciliation - You will be dealing with payroll queries and will need to demonstrate strong payroll legislation knowledge as well as the ability to establish good working relationships with your client base. - You will need to be comfortable working in Excel and have at least 3 years relevant work experience in a bureau environment. - You will need to be self-motivated, professional and adaptable as you will be expected to work independently from home. - Good organisational and communication skills are a must. You will need to have your own PC and a good broadband connection.
