Cameron James Professional Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Mortgage Performance & Development Manager / Mortgage Trainer for a leading Financial Services organisation covering Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Trainer looking to move into a coaching and development position with genuine high earnings and outstanding career progression.

Duties

• Coach Mortgage Advisors.

• Deliver onboarding.

• Improve Mortgage & Protection sales.

• Conduct T&C observations.

• Support advisor development.

• Deliver KPI reviews.

• Mentor new recruits.

• Analyse branch performance.

• Support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• CeMAP Qualified.

• Mortgage advice experience.

• Coaching or leadership experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong protection knowledge.

• Full UK Driving Licence.
