We are seeking an experienced Marketing Production Lead to join a growing retail business based in Plymouth. The successful candidate will manage campaign production from brief through to delivery, working closely with internal teams, external agencies and production partners. About the Role As Marketing Production Lead, you will oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of retail marketing campaigns, ensuring all materials are produced accurately, on time and within budget. You will act as a key link between marketing teams, creative teams, suppliers and wider business stakeholders, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and consistently across stores. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to bring their finance function in-house and are recruiting a hands-on Finance Manager / Financial Controller to play a key role in the next phase of the business. Working closely with the Directors, you will take ownership of the finance function, overseeing everything from day-to-day financial operations through to management reporting, cash flow and commercial analysis.
