    TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice Team Overview A small, dedicated team of integration experts, this team supports client evaluations of TransUnion API Solutions and provides integration support and technical consultancy services to both new and existing clients. The team also provides best-practice advice on the implementation and testing of TransUnion API Solutions, helping clients integrate effectively and go live as smoothly as possible. This role reports into the Head of UK Integration Support. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week. Role Overview And Core Responsibilities - Act as the key point of contact for clients' technical and business teams throughout the integration process, enabling clients to go live as soon as possible. - Provide excellent customer service, helping position TransUnion ahead of competitors through ease of integration. - Develop a strong technical understanding of how clients can be set up and configured to best meet their requirements. - Troubleshoot API integration-related client queries to a high standard. - Support product teams with product enhancements and new product initiatives. - Build and maintain software development kits (SDKs) for TransUnion API Solutions. - Assist sales teams with responses to tenders and RFIs, as well as delivering technical presentations to prospective clients as part of pre-sales activity. Required Knowledge And Experiences - Customer-focused, with the ability to support clients through technical integration processes. - Able to understand products and services from a technical perspective and apply this knowledge to client requirements. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts in a way that non-technical users can understand. - Forward-thinking, with a problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills. - Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisational and time management skills. Required Technical Skills - Understanding of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). - Understanding of XML and JSON. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. Desirable Skills & Experience - Understanding of XML-SOAP Web Services, including WSDL/XSD, XPath and XSLT. - Understanding of REST services. - Basic understanding of software development principles, including functions, classes and object orientation. - Basic understanding of systems and network architecture, including secure transport protocols such as TLS.
