Role: Interim Finance Business Partner Location: South Warwickshire - hybrid working Rates: 250 to 275 per day Sector: Public Sector Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week Duration: Interim- 4 to 6 months

Sellick Partnership is seeking an Interim Finance Business Partner for our client based in South Warwickshire.

Main Responsibilities: Interim Finance Business Partner

• Analyse complex financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

• Develop robust budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans.

• Build financial models and scenario analyses that support strategic decisions.

• Produce insightful management information that drives action.

• Influence decision-making

• Support strategic projects, organisational growth and system improvements Person specification: Interim Finance Business Partner

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

• Experience producing financial reports and forecasts.

• The ability to explain complex financial information in a way that non-finance colleagues can understand.

• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
