What the role looks like As a Field Interviewer, you'll be out in your local area speaking to people face-to-face - whether that's on doorsteps, in communities, or on public transport. The role is designed to be flexible. Some people prefer set shifts, while others like the freedom of working when it suits them. With us, you can do either: Your working options Regular shifts each week (door-to-door or transport projects) Transport shifts are 3-3.5 hours. Pay includes: - £12.75 per hour during the initial training period - £51-£61 per shift for transport work (project dependent) Pay-per-complete work - Get paid for each successful interview you complete - Typically 2-3 days per week for door-to-door work (6-hour shifts) - Work more flexibly, choosing when to go out - Great if you prefer a more independent way of working You can let us know which style you prefer, and we'll do our best to match you with available work in your area.
