What will the Head of HR Business Partnering role involve?

Suitable Candidate for the Head of HR Business Partnering vacancy:

Possesses at least 10 years HR experience, including senior HR business partnering in a fast-paced environment Demonstrates strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations Has experience managing and developing HR teams, with a focus on organisational culture and change management Holds excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels Is CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with a track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives
