Financial Advisor North Leeds (LS17) 60,000 - 70,000 DOE
The Opportunity
A fast-growing, Wealth Management firm looking for a Senior Wealth Adviser to join their private client team. You'll inherit a warm book of high-net-worth relationships, sit on investment committee discussions, and have a genuine path to equity partnership within 3 years.
What You'll Do

Manage and grow a portfolio of private clients (typical client AUM 500k- 10m+)

Deliver holistic financial planning: investment strategy, pensions, tax planning, estate and intergenerational wealth transfer

Work directly with an in-house paraplanning and investment team

Represent the firm at select client and industry events
What We're Looking For

Chartered status (or working towards) - CII Level 6 minimum

5+ years' track record advising private clients, ideally from an IFA, private bank, or wealth management background

A demonstrable track record of client retention and organic referral growth

Someone who treats compliance and suitability as second nature, not a burden

Genuine curiosity about markets, planning strategy, and client outcomes - not just product
