Role: Digital Service Desk Analyst - Location: Norwich or Chelmsford, UK - Duration: 3-Month Contract (Inside IR35) - Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday rota (08:00-16:00 or 10:00-18:00) Job Summary Provides first-line technical support and customer service to Trust staff across all sites. Logs, manages, resolves, or escalates IT incidents and service requests using the call management system in line with SLAs. Key duties include supporting Smartcard (RA) services, remotely managing asset tracking (CMDB), and escalating Major Incidents. This is a fully on-site, phone-focused role requiring participation in an on-call rota. Your new company Hays Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be supporting a major Norwich employer who are looking for an experienced Management Accountant / Business Analyst to take ownership of your own portfolio of internal operational teams focusing on financial reporting, budgetary control and overall finance business partnering. Your new role As the Management Accountant / Business Analyst, you will prepare budgets, forecasts and business plans for your operational teams. This will require you to build personal relationships with the budget holders, and other key stakeholders across the group by meeting in person each month to review and interpret their financial position and assist the business leaders in managing their financial resources by proactively forecasting future income and costs and highlighting where decisions are required.
