Role: Technical Support Analyst - Third Line Support Type: Contract (7 Months) Location: Norwich, UK Working Model: Onsite

The Role: We are seeking a specialist to provide critical 3rd Line support focused on infrastructure, identity, and access management. You will be responsible for implementing Microsoft Entra ID MFA, configuring Conditional Access, and driving DSPT compliance and security hardening initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot complex authentication, access, and identity issues.

• Manage Entra ID policies and collaborate with tech teams for MFA onboarding.

• Produce technical documentation and operational support guides
