You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting the marketing and business development strategies across their Northern offices (occasional travel will be required). Responsibilities: - Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality materials and strategies - Working closely with senior management to put together BD and marketing strategy and plans - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends - Proactively promote all regional projects and successes across social media - Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders and ensure CRM is updated - Assist in planning and organising events, conferences, and networking activities - Work closely with senior team to submit entries for regional awards - Monitor marketing and business development metrics and provide regular reports to the management team Desired Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in marketing, within construction/architecture/engineering would be ideal but other professional services would also be considered - An understanding of the importance of marketing and business development activity to the wide business - Specific experience in digital marketing strategy and utilising social media across a number of channels - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders - Fantastic writing skills with the ability to write copy for print and digital - Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines - Proficiency in CRMs, MS Office and ability to pick up industry specific systems Benefits: - Hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between working remotely and from the office - 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays - Paid training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career progression - Season ticket loan for easy commute to work - Wellbeing support, including access to employee assistance programmes Office location: Manchester city centre, 5 minute walk from train and tram links and even closer to bus routes.
