Temporary Talent Coordinator, Salford based.

6-month duration (with strong possibility to extend)

31 hours per week, Hybrid working

13.45 per hour + holiday pay

Responsibilities as a Temporary Talent Coordinator.

Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments.
Advertise vacancies across job boards and social media platforms.
Source, screen and shortlist candidates for a variety of roles.
Arrange interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Support offer management, pre-employment checks and onboarding activities.
Act as the main recruitment contact for hiring managers, providing guidance and support.
Maintain recruitment systems, applicant tracking records and candidate data.
Develop talent pipelines and support employer branding initiatives.
Produce recruitment reports, monitor hiring KPIs and identify process improvements.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with GDPR and employment legislation.

Essentials for the role as as a Temporary Talent Coordinator.

Min 2 years previous recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment coordination experience essential.
Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
Confident building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Experience using applicant tracking/HR systems and Microsoft Office.
High attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
