Accounts Payable French Speaking

CMA Recruitment Group is working with a reputable, growing business based in Segensworth, Hampshire, to help them recruit a newly created French speaking Accounts Payable Assistant on a full time basis.

The Purchase Ledger Assistant will report into the Finance Manager and responsibilities will include:

• Maintain purchase ledger for the group

• Processing staff expenses

• Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details

• Reconciliation of supplier statements

• Managing the accruals schedule

• Being a point of contact for all relevant escalated enquiries within the team.

Suitable candidate for the Purchase Ledger Assistant:

• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working independently
