    Talent Sourcing Specialist/Senior Recruitment Consultant (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

    Location: Redditch

    Salary: 40,000 per annum (pro rata) Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract Start Date: ASAP

    We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist/ Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting a large-scale recruitment campaign within a technical engineering environment.

    This is not a traditional recruitment role. We're looking for someone who thrives on sourcing hard-to-find talent, enjoys the challenge of identifying niche engineering professionals, and has the resilience and creativity to build high-quality candidate pipelines through a variety of sourcing methods.

    Key Responsibilities -

    • Develop and deliver sourcing strategies for technical and engineering vacancies.

    • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using a range of sourcing channels.

    • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

    • Spend time on-site initially to gain a thorough understanding of the business, technical roles, competitors, and recruitment requirements.

    • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, providing regular updates and market insights.

    • Travel to site regularly to maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure sourcing activity aligns with business priorities.

    • Work closely with the hiring team to support a successful recruitment campaign.

    About You -

    • Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or executive search, ideally within engineering or another technical sector.

    • Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying passive candidates through multiple channels.

    • Confident building relationships with stakeholders and influencing Hiring Managers.

    • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work proactively with minimal supervision.

    • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

    • Willingness to travel to site regularly as required.
