Client Director / Senior Accountant Ferndown, Dorset £32,500 + Commission £45,000 OTE Full-time Office-based Permanent

Are you an experienced Practice Accountant ready to take ownership of a client portfolio and step into a more senior, client-focused role?

We re recruiting for an established and growing accountancy practice looking for a confident Client Director / Senior Accountant to join their team in Ferndown.

The Role You ll manage your own portfolio of clients while overseeing a small team and ensuring a consistently high level of service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing a portfolio of clients

• Reviewing statutory accounts and corporation tax computations

• Ensuring accounts and VAT returns are completed on time

• Attending new client meetings and preparing quotes

• Allocating workloads and monitoring deadlines

• Supervising, mentoring and training junior team members

• Building strong, long-term client relationships What We re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years accountancy practice experience

• AAT, ACCA or ACA qualified/part-qualified

• Strong knowledge of accounts and taxation

• Confident managing client relationships

• Comfortable supervising a small team

• Organised, accurate and commercially minded Package £32,500 basic + commission £45,000 OTE
