An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Product Designer to join a well-established biotech company using large-scale genetic data and AI to predict disease risk and advance precision healthcare. As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape user-focused digital products, turning complex information into clear, accessible and intuitive experiences. What we are looking for: Essential: - Previously worked as a Senior Product Designer, Product Designer, Senior UX/UI Designer, Senior UI/UX Designer, Lead Product Designer , Product Design Lead, or in a similar role. - Experience working within digital product environments. - Extensive UX and UI design experience, supported by a strong portfolio of completed work. - Background in delivering user research, prototype testing and design experimentation. - Experience working within Agile and cross-functional product teams. - Advanced knowledge of Figma and contemporary prototyping tools. - Understanding of accessibility requirements and inclusive design practices. - A portfolio demonstrating data visualisation, dashboard, information design and data storytelling capabilities. - Ability to make complex data, processes and decision-making journeys simple and intuitive for users. Desirable: - Experience within healthcare, HealthTech, life sciences or similarly regulated environments. - Experience designing analytics platforms, AI-enabled solutions, dashboards or decision-support products. - Background working with clinical, operational or population-related data. Working with a global IT Consultancy supporting a Telecoms end client with a ServiceNow solutions project: - Designing, creating, modifying + implementing ServiceNow toolset components including: ITSM, CSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB. - Implementing ServiceNow modules, configuration, administration + support of core ServiceNow platform. - ServiceNow platform design, development, implementation, Incident Management, Service Requests, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management + new releases. - ServiceNow Glide Objects including: GlideRecords, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate + GlideAjax. - ServiceNow enhancement requests to the customer's ServiceNow instances, including changes to the user interface, system properties, foundation data + workflows. - System integration experience using Web Services + web-based technologies including: XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST, SOAP, Agile/Scrum approaches. - ITIL Service Management certification advantageous (ITIL v3 certification).
