    Associate Building Regulations Principal Designer A successful multidisciplinary architectural practice is looking to appoint an experienced Building Regulations Principal Designer to lead and grow its Manchester building safety offering. The practice already has a strong technical team and an established workload across residential, healthcare, refurbishment and remediation projects. It is now seeking a specialist who can take ownership of the Principal Designer function and develop it into a standalone service. This position would suit an ambitious Principal Designer, Associate or Associate Director looking for greater autonomy and the opportunity to build a team. The Associate Building Regulations Principal Designer's Role The Associate Building Regulations Principal Designer will provide technical leadership across the practice while managing a portfolio of complex and higher-risk building projects. You will be responsible for developing compliance strategies, advising clients and coordinating design information through the relevant regulatory gateways.
