Recruitment Consultant Healthcare Aylesbury Flexible / Timesheet Basis (Minimum 3 days per week)

Are you an experienced recruiter looking for flexibility and the opportunity to earn alongside your existing commitments? We re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to support our growing healthcare recruitment team in Aylesbury on a flexible, timesheet basis.

This is a 360 recruitment role , giving you the opportunity to manage your own desk, build client relationships and source candidates across the healthcare sector, while having the flexibility to work around your availability.

The Role

• Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through to placement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates

• Develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector

• Source, screen and interview candidates

• Match candidates to suitable roles and manage placements

• Work towards agreed targets and contribute to the growth of the branch What We re Looking For

• Previous recruitment or sales experience is preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive and self-motivated approach

• Confident working independently and managing your own workload

• Experience within healthcare recruitment would be an advantage What s on Offer
