Salary: Up to £100,000

Role Description

An innovative and expanding accountancy firm is embracing modern technology and closer client partnerships to deliver a more commercial, advisory-focused service.

This is a highly relationship-focused role offering ownership of a portfolio of private clients, trusts, estates and owner-managed businesses.

You'll work closely with clients on a range of personal tax matters, whilst having direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the firm's private client offering.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of private clients, trusts and estates

• Review personal, partnership and trust tax returns

• Deliver advisory work across personal tax, CGT, IHT and trust taxation

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Manage compliance deadlines across your portfolio

• Support and develop junior team members

• Work closely with colleagues across tax, accounting and advisory services

• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and service offerings

• Contribute to the growth of the firm's private client and family business offering

What you'll need

• CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification

• Strong personal tax experience gained within practice

• Experience managing portfolios of private clients, trusts and estates

• Technical knowledge across personal tax, CGT, IHT and trust taxation

• Strong client relationship and communication skills

• Commercial mindset and interest in advisory work

• Ambition to progress and take on greater responsibility
