    Part 2 Architectural Assistant Birmingham

    Up to 35,000

    We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Birmingham, known for its creative, bespoke approach and wide-ranging project portfolio across residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a supportive design team, with the chance to take on genuine project responsibility and work on large-scale masterplanning and residential-led schemes within a collaborative environment offering excellent progression.

    Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

    • Support and contribute to the running of live projects across multiple RIBA stages

    • Assist with the design and delivery of large-scale masterplanning and residential-led developments

    • Produce planning, design and technical drawing packages

    • Coordinate with consultants and assist in resolving design and technical issues

    • Prepare high-quality drawings, models and presentation material Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

    • Part 2 qualified or nearing completion, with UK architectural practice experience

    • Previous experience taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of projects

    • Experience working on master planning projects or large-scale residential-led developments is essential

    • Strong technical, graphic and communication skills

    • Confident working across a range of RIBA stages

    • Revit experience essential
