    Role Overview You'll work closely with advisers to deliver high quality research, analysis, financial plans and suitability reports. This is a technical paraplanning role with direct involvement in client meetings, workflow management and complex HNW planning.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research & analysis for planners

    • Producing financial plans & suitability reports

    • Preparing documentation for recommendations

    • Attending client meetings; taking notes & completing follow-ups

    • Workflow management & compliance oversight

    • Handling technical client/provider queries

    • Supporting advisers with complex planning cases Requirements

    • Level 4 Diploma (minimum)

    • 18 months+ paraplanning experience

    • Strong technical knowledge (pensions, investments)

    • Excellent report writing & market research skills

    • Experience working with HNW clients

    • High accuracy, strong communication, able to work independently Benefits
