MGS, Incorporated is seeking a relationship-driven and customer-focused OEM Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for assigned OEM customers, building trusted partnerships, uncovering growth opportunities, and helping customers succeed through responsive, thoughtful support. Key Responsibilities Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers by providing excellent service and support. In conjunction with the Division Manager and Business Development Manager, prospect, qualify and capture new customers and opportunities within your region. Identify growth opportunities within current customers. Maintain and build sales according to divisional strategies and goals. Monitor and maintain gross margin percentage according to divisional goals. Provide quotes in appropriate format as needed, in a timely fashion. Lead and participate in multiple Project Management duties as directed. Follow and support division strategies to achieve divisional goals. Host and meet with customers regularly to ensure proper understanding of applications and opportunities along with the delivery of quotes and sales proposals, occasional travel is required. Communicate and work effectively with OEM team, other MGS teams and external teams as needed. Performs contract review and communicates with Sales Support to process purchase orders. Review account receivable for past due invoices, address outstanding invoices with customer for resolution. Why Join Us?
