Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner

Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 DOE Location: Leeds / Harrogate Area - with travel Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Qualification: Part-Qualified, Newly Qualified, Qualified or Qualified by Experience

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting a growing project-led business with the appointment of a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner .

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a broad and commercially focused role offering the opportunity to support operational decision-making, improve reporting and provide valuable insights into business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Production of monthly management accounts

• Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting

• Variance analysis and management reporting

• Budgeting and forecasting

• Cashflow and working capital reporting

• Project profitability and performance analysis

• Business partnering with operational stakeholders

• Process improvement and strengthening financial controls About You

• Part-qualified, newly qualified, qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or QBE

• Previous management accounting experience

• Strong month-end and balance sheet knowledge

• Experience producing budgets and forecasts

• Advanced Excel skills

• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

• Commercially minded with a proactive approach Desirable Experience

Experience within a project-led environment such as engineering, construction, manufacturing, contracting, facilities management, utilities or similar would be highly advantageous.
