Full time (or part time 3 days a week) 25-30,000 Mon-Friday Leatherhead with free parking available 2 days WFH after "bedding in period" is possible

We have a unique opportunity for someone looking to join an established and expanding company, in a brand-new role they've just created.

You'll be working closely with an incredibly experienced and knowledgeable BD team. Researching international businesses and relevant individuals and passing over for them to follow up on.

Due to how busy the team are, there is very little option for handholding, although guidance will be given of course.

They are looking for someone accountable, creative, and self-motivated to exceed goals and personal targets.

You'll be a naturally tenacious and enjoy exceeding your own and colleagues expectations.

Most importantly though, with this being a new addition to the team, it's imperative for them to find the right individual who wishes to be with them for the long-term. They have an almost zero staff turnover rate - hence the full flexibility around full or part-time working options. They want the right person in the role, to help reach the next and future stages of business growth plans.
