HRBP Specialist

As an HRBP Specialist in the technology and telecoms sector, based in Birmingham, you'll focus on supporting the business by delivering strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. This role ensures the organisation runs smoothly by aligning HR practices with business goals.

Description

• Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary processes.

• Lead initiatives related to talent management, succession planning, and workforce development.

• Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

• Support recruitment efforts and onboarding processes as needed.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.

Profile

A successful HRBP Specialist should have:

• A strong background in human resources, particularly in the technology and telecoms sector.

• Experience partnering a demanding CTO

• Proven experience in employee relations and HR strategy implementation.

• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.

• A professional HR qualification or equivalent experience.

Job Offer

• Salary between 65,000 and 70,000, dependent on the level of experience.

• 2 days in the office 3 from home
