HR Advisor

HR Advisor Location: Woodbridge Outskirts Hybrid Working Available- 3days Hours: 8:45am-5pm Salary Package: £37,500pa (inclusive of car allowance) An established and values-led organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its people team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional looking to work within a dynamic, people-focused environment where employee engagement, development and wellbeing are at the heart of the business. Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practice.

• Support managers with employee relations matters including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.

• Assist with investigations and formal HR processes.

• Support recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives.

• Coach and develop managers to build confidence in people management practices.

• Maintain HR records, systems and documentation.

• Coordinate leaver and exit processes.

• Support learning and development activities across the business.

• Produce HR reports and analyse people data to support decision-making.

About You

• Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.

• Strong employee relations knowledge.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence influencing and supporting managers at all levels.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a varied workload.
