HR Advisor

HR Advisor - Falmouth, 3 Days per week, temporary 6-week assignment -

Well Placed HR is recruiting on behalf of our client in Falmouth for an experienced Generalist HR Advisor to join their team on a 6-week temporary assignment, working 3 days per week.

This HR Advisor role would suit an HR professional who is confident providing practical, commercial advice to managers and supporting a range of ER cases. You'll be managing issues such as absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters, ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation.

Alongside employee relations, as HR Advisor you'll provide day-to-day generalist HR support, including coaching managers, advising on policies and procedures, and supporting the wider HR function as required.

We're looking for someone with proven previous HR Advisor experience who can quickly build credibility, work autonomously, and hit the ground running. Availability for an immediate start is essential.
