Central Bedfordshire (Office Based)
£33,000 - £35,000 per annum
12 Month FTC ( Could become permanent)

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a proactive HR Advisor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys providing practical HR support, building strong relationships with managers and employees, and playing a key role across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities for a HR Advisor

Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees.

Manage employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, contracts and HR records.

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles to issuing offers.

Handle employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters.

Coordinate inductions, probation reviews and employee development activities.

Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

Produce HR reports, maintain accurate people data and support HR projects.

Build strong relationships across the business and promote HR best practice while supporting the wider leadership team.
Key skills for a HR Advisor

Previous experience in a HR Advisor or Senior HR Administrator position.

Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Experience handling employee relations cases.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous.
