HR Administrator (temporary)

Temporary HR Administrator / Administrator 3-Month (possibility of permanent contract but not confirmed) Hexham Are you looking for a varied role where you can make an immediate impact?

My client is looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator or experienced Administrator to join our Business Services team on a temporary basis.

This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day HR administration with the opportunity to review and improve HR systems, processes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records

• Supporting onboarding, contracts and employee documentation

• Coordinating training, probation reviews and employee lifecycle activities

• Producing HR reports and management information

• Providing general HR and office administration support

• Auditing employee data across HR systems

• Identifying and supporting process and system improvements

• Assisting with HR system administration and development

• Supporting payroll administration where required About You You'll be:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Experienced in HR administration or a general administrative role

• Confident using business systems and Microsoft Office

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently

• Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information

• A proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills
