HR Administrator Temp

HR Administrator (Temporary Ongoing) Location: Windsor Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Temporary Ongoing Start Date: Immediate Start Available Salary: £(phone number removed)p/h Safer Hand Solutions are working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Windsor who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and professional individual who is available to start immediately and is looking to gain experience within a busy and supportive HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the HR team

• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases

• Assisting with onboarding and induction processes

• Preparing contracts, letters and other HR documentation

• Managing holiday, absence and sickness records

• Supporting recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and candidate communication

• Responding to employee queries in a timely and professional manner

• Ensuring all personnel files are accurate and compliant

• Assisting with HR projects and reporting where required Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience within a HR Administration role

• Strong organisational and administrative skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• A proactive and professional approach to work

• Available to start as soon as possible
