We're a specialist IT recruitment consultancy headquartered in Belfast, working with clients across Ireland and the US. We're looking for a graduate/trainee who wants a role with variety, autonomy and a clear route to progression.

What you'll be doing

• Learning the IT recruitment market through a structured, tailored training programme

• Building relationships with clients and candidates in your specialist niche

• Managing the full recruitment process from first contact through to placement

• Working towards clear, achievable targets with regular feedback and mentoring What you'll get
